Psyllium Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp BareOrganics Psyllium Husk Seed Powder
1 Cup almond milk
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana
1 date, pitted
1 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
Ice to taste
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Blend until smooth.
